The application is only valid when the applicant receives a written admission confirmation from the organizer, which signifies the conclusion of the rental contract.
Please watch the Application Deadline on July 31, 2025.
The minimum stand size is 12 square meters.
Shell-scheme packages are mandatory for all stands smaller than 24 square meters.

* Early Bird price: only valid for international exhibitors until January 15, 2025 Application Deadline / Surge Price: The application submission deadline is July 31, 2025**. Any applications received after this date will be considered solely at the organizer's discretion, depending on their ability to accommodate the request. Any such late applications will only be approved at the surge price specified above.

A charge of EUR 265 / INR 23,500 + applicable taxes will be applicable for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company.

The main exhibiting companies (leaser of space from organizers) can register co-exhibitors or additionally represented companies via MMI Connect.
