Exhibitor application 2026
Thank you for your interest in electronica India.
Starting 2026 electronica India will be held annually in Greater Noida and Bengaluru.
This new format responds to a clear demand: shorter sourcing cycles, stronger regional access, and more consistent face to-face engagement.
The colocation of electronica India and productronica India remains for both editions.
Two markets, two locations, two dates:
electronica India 2026 – North: April 8–10, 2026 in Greater Noida (IEML)
electronica India 2026 – South: September 16–18, 2026 in Bengaluru (BIEC)
Prices 2026
- The application is only valid when the applicant receives a written admission confirmation from the organizer, which signifies the conclusion of the rental contract.
- The minimum stand size is 12 square meters.
- Schell scheme packages are mandatory for all stands smaller than 24 square meters.
The Early Bird deadline on 31 January 2026 is valid for both editions: April in Noida, and September in Bengaluru.
Special prices are avalaible for exhibitors participating in both editions.

Co-exhibitors
A charge of EUR 265 / INR 23,500 + applicable taxes will be applicable for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company.
The main exhibiting companies (leaser of space from organizers) can register co-exhibitors or additionally represented companies via MMI Connect.
