We have put together a list of the most frequently asked questions about electronica India for you.
To participate in electronica India, you must complete and sign the application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal.
The registration deadline for individual exhibitors is on July 31, 2020.
The minimum size is nine square meters.
When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at electronica India. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online and event directory) as well as worker and exhibitor passes. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.
Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a down payment invoice by mail. The down payment invoice amounts to 30 percent of the participation fee and is to be paid upon receipt. You will receive a separate admission invoice for the balance, which must be paid 45 days before the show. All invoiced amounts on all Messe Muenchen India and Messe München GmbH invoices that are connected to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.
Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (leaser of space from organizers) must fill out and sign page 4 of the application form. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee is 240 EUR for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company admitted. This fee will be charged to the main exhibitor.
